Defined CX Strategy Across the Customer Journey
Crafted and executed comprehensive customer experience strategies, including end-to-end journey mapping across key user touchpoints. This work identified friction points, resulting in measurable improvements in user satisfaction and engagement.
Led UX for Oracle Cloud and Emerging Tech Solutions
Directed design across critical product lines - Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain - ensuring every interface was enterprise-grade, accessible, and aligned with user expectations across global markets.
Redesigned National Australia Bank’s Digital Platform
Led the UX redesign for National Australia Bank (NAB), enhancing the digital banking experience and improving key usability metrics by 35%. This redesign addressed longstanding user pain points while aligning with modern financial user behaviors.
Scaled Global UX Practices
Mentored and collaborated with international UX teams across 4 global regions, establishing scalable design systems and promoting a unified brand and design language across products and markets.
